Paris - Versailles, France

Our last day in Paris. We headed first for the outer suburb of St Denis and its cathedral. It is the resting place of the French monarchs for over a thousand years, right up to Marie Antoinette. We then headed towards Versailles, stopping to stock up the van with food and a few essential items, before driving around for an hour in forest on the outskirts of the capital, looking for a place to stay that wasn't on some flashy mansions doorstep. We eventually found one.
